Bridlegate at Trotters Ridge is a beautiful 114 home community located in southeast Gwinnett County, Georgia. The community recently amended their Bylaws to include the provisions of the Georgia Property Owners Association Act (POAA), O.C.G.A. & 44-3-220, ET, SEQ. Annual dues are mandatory in Bridlegate. The Bridlegate Community is active in the C.O.P.S. Program, which is Gwinnett County’s neighborhood watch.
